Birth Doula Services
Welcoming a baby is one of life's most tender and transformative journeys. As your doula, I want to build a strong relationship with you and your partner throughout your pregnancy. During your prenatal visits, we will discuss your birth preferences, any concerns or fears you or your partner may have, and go over comfort measures and pain relief techniques. We will also discuss breastfeeding if you wish to breastfeed, and postpartum.

During labor, I will provide physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner. I will offer comfort measures, help you get into different positions, and educate you on questions you may have about medical interventions, within the doula scope of practice.

While we know the main focus is on mom, it is also important for the birth partner to feel prepared, confident, and supported so they can be involved and play an active role in the birthing process. The doula does not take the place of the partner or make decisions for your family.

Continuous support during labor

Assististance with initial breastfeeding if desired

Birth Doula + Postpartum Support
$1600
Includes everything listed in the birth doula support package + 16 hours of postpartum support. Can be split into 4 daytime shifts of 4 hours each, 8 daytime shifts of 2 hours each, etc.
